We're open from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday and until 5:30pm on a Friday.
Most major credit and debit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Cheques are accepted and should be made payable to "A+ Insurance Services Limited" and we recommend cheque payments are sent a minimum of 5 days before your renewal date.
You can also opt to pay for some insurances on a monthly basis, dependant on the insurance this will either be by direct debit (premium finance) or debit/credit card. For commercial policies pro-forma invoices can be raised upon request.
All it takes is a call to us. We'll take the additional drivers details, advise of any additional premium payable and add the additional driver.
Yes. We are working hard to get copies of all policy documents available online via Your A+. If you are unable to register, forgot your password or your documents are not available there please contact us.
If you know you have missed a monthly payment we would advise that you contact us immediately. Some policies, like gadget insurance, can be dealt with instantly however if you have missed a premium credit payment you maybe asked to call the provider directly. Full details of the company and contact details will be provided on your call.
